First and foremost I view the therapy process as a collaborative relationship, where you and I
come together to work through the challenges and issues you are facing. I consider establishing a
good working relationship to be the heart of effective therapy. Are you ready to experience a relationship where you feel safe and understood enough to let down your guard and explore the many facets of your nature?
My role has many different aspects aimed at facilitating your unique unfolding, while resolving your
presenting issues. I do my best to understand your life, affirm you strengths, validate
your experience and empathize with your challenges. I will gently and firmly guide you through
those places which are hard to navigate alone, but once traversed invariably contain hidden strengths
and resources. Throughout the process, my focus will include your body, your breath, your heart,
feelings and emotions, experiences, memories and beliefs, as they all enter into the present moment
of our relationship.
